Project Overview:

• Collaborate closely with local business users to gain a deep understanding of business processes gather technical requirements evaluate proofs of concept and design develop and support analytical solutions utilizing TIBCO Spotfire Power BI SQL Python R JavaScript HTML and related technologies.
• Work in partnership with architecture teams to ensure that the existing data warehouse platform effectively meets enduser reporting needs.
• Conduct research recommend solutions and provide training to functional groups on reporting data discovery and data science.
• Possess handson experience in the endtoend implementation of analytical solutions using data visualization tools like TIBCO Spotfire Power BI Python and R.
• Demonstrate proficiency in TSQL with a strong ability to design efficient queries focused on highperformance outcomes.
• Leverage advanced knowledge of Spotfire IronPython for customization and enhancing UI design.
• Experience in the Oil and Gas industry as well as familiarity with Teradata and Snowflake is a significant advantage.
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience with TIBCO Spotfire Power BI and SQL with a particular emphasis on Spotfire and SQL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data models for assigned reports dashboards and business intelligence applications. This includes gathering necessary data requirements understanding presentation layer needs developing the semantic layer analytic views virtualization layers and logical data models collaborating with application DBAs on optimizing physical data models and working with developers to resolve complex data and performance challenges.
• Employ creative problemsolving techniques to address issues and enhance data solutions.
• Provide handson technical leadership collaborating with database developers DBAs architects data quality analysts and other teams while managing relationships within the context of the role.
