Position: CNC Programmer

Job Description:
- Interrogate analyze comprehend and interpret various Engineering Drawings
- Models Bills of Materials Technical Specifications Quality Documents Bell
- Process Framework and departmental procedures as necessary to perform assigned
- work.
- Provides MCAD operational models and 2D drawings for manufacturing process
- planning sequences as required.
- Provide process liaison support for manufacturing operations when MCAD models
- with 2D drawings exist as required.
- Develops Creates and Maintains Tooling/Fixture definition for manufacturing
- operations for all media types including MCAD and manual legacy designs.
- Executes creation and maintenance of CAM programs and operator instructions for
- Numerical Controlled equipment.
- Responsible for developing creating and maintaining Loft MCAD models flat
- patterns and associated digital tooling programs.
- Working knowledge of NC Programming Loft Engineering Tool Design
- Manufacturing and Planning processes and procedures.
- Skilled in the concept related to the application of GD&T/Aerospace tolerances.
- Supports producibility assessments when requested.
- Maintains records and schedules of work assigned.
- Will meet established company
- cost control standards schedule and quality requirements to maintain market
- competitiveness.
- Provide technical assistance to procurement and suppliers as determined by
- management.
- Execute strong communication skills both verbal and written required to
- communicate and interact between internal and external customers.
- Apply extensive aircraft manufacturing knowledge and be prepared to train direct
- instruct mentor and check/validate Production Engineering work.
- Required to attend training and complete competencybased testing as required by
- management to remain current with technological advancements.

Educational Requirements:
- Four (4) years college or eight (8) years of experience in the aircraft industry. Demonstrated
capability to adequately perform the essential functions and responsibilities related to the
application of GD&T/Aerospace tolerances.
