Position: CNC Programmer

Location: Fort Worth TX

Duration:1 Year (W2 with Benefits)

Job Description:

• Interrogate analyze comprehend and interpret various Engineering Drawings
• Models Bills of Materials Technical Specifications Quality Documents Bell
• Process Framework and departmental procedures as necessary to perform assigned
• work.
• Provides MCAD operational models and 2D drawings for manufacturing process
• planning sequences as required.
• Provide process liaison support for manufacturing operations when MCAD models
• with 2D drawings exist as required.
• Develops Creates and Maintains Tooling/Fixture definition for manufacturing
• operations for all media types including MCAD and manual legacy designs.
• Executes creation and maintenance of CAM programs and operator instructions for
• Numerical Controlled equipment.
• Responsible for developing creating and maintaining Loft MCAD models flat
• patterns and associated digital tooling programs.
• Working knowledge of NC Programming Loft Engineering Tool Design
• Manufacturing and Planning processes and procedures.
• Skilled in the concept related to the application of GD&T/Aerospace tolerances.
• Supports producibility assessments when requested.
• Maintains records and schedules of work assigned.

• cost control standards schedule and quality requirements to maintain market
• competitiveness.
• Provide technical assistance to procurement and suppliers as determined by
• management.
• Execute strong communication skills both verbal and written required to
• communicate and interact between internal and external customers.
• Apply extensive aircraft manufacturing knowledge and be prepared to train direct
• instruct mentor and check/validate Production Engineering work.
• Required to attend training and complete competencybased testing as required by
• management to remain current with technological advancements.

Educational Requirements:

• Four (4) years college or eight (8) years of experience in the aircraft industry. Demonstrated

capability to adequately perform the essential functions and responsibilities related to the

application of GD&T/Aerospace tolerances.
