• Associate degree or higher

• Hospice (2 years)

• 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Other EMR
  • TruChart EHR

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)

• Do you have a valid Drivers License Reliable Mode of Transportation and Auto Insurance (all 3) (yes)
• Have you spoken with a Relode Recruiter about this role (via phone or video) (yes)
• Are you okay with the required travel for this position (yes)
• Have you applied to or worked for anytime in the last 6 months (no)
