Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Bilingual Receptionist to join us in Tulsa. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the front desk operations providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth communication between employees and customers.

What youll be doing:

• Answering and directing phone calls.
• Scheduling weld tests and coordinating appointments.
• Greeting potential employees and customers with a welcoming attitude.
• Filing and organizing documents.
• Providing administrative support as needed.

MustHave Qualifications:

• 23 years of experience in receptionist and customer service roles.
• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a 10panel drug screen.
