About the Job

Employee will be responsible for allHuman Resources Internactivities to support the growth and retention of our illustrious clinical and administrative team. Will advocate for the best interest of organization DiscoverU Health and team members while exemplifying excellent customer service to all.

Please note that this position is an unpaid remote role for six months requires a commitment of 20 hours per week and is eligible for college credit.

  • Must provide a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times to potential and current clients clinical team (care team) and business partners.
  • Must demonstrate superior patience while maintaining integrity and respect for all persons.
  • Operate with a sense of urgency and follow up immediately with all contacts (no more than 30 minutes delay).
  • Must possess aboveaverage human relations customer service problemsolving and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work under time pressures and manage multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Extreme attention to detail is essential.
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills are necessary.
  • Must be a team player willing to share information and work cooperatively with other management team members and caregiving staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Interested in healthcare and ready to support a health tech startup.
  • Manage the entire life cycle talent acquisition process including sourcing interviewing and onboarding of qualified job applicants for clinicians MD PA NP PharmD LSW RN LPN CNA and CMT roles plus Administrative Managerial roles for the organization.
  • Champion a culture within the organization that promotes shared accountability and ownership of seeking and sourcing top talent.
  • Develop strategies to attract both active and passive candidates that do not apply through typical channels
  • Foster community partnerships to include local educational institutions and organizations to build talent pipelines
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOP) to support compliance and success for the organization.
  • Use applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software to track applicants through the selection phase through onboarding.
  • Establish partnerships and recruitment events college/university recruitment events state health care association conferences and national events as needed.
  • Support client and care coordination to onboard new clients and pair with the clinician team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to cheerfully service others.
  • Must be in undergrad and graduate program and Human Resources.
  • Have BS in Business Management Health Administration Human Resources and Communication.
  • The ability to work independently and meet deadlines is required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills are a MUST.
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer products including Word Excel and Outlook.
  • Familiar with ATS CRM and EHR systems.
