Job Description
This is a remote position.
The Freelance Firm is a boutique legal outsourcing platform that connects law firms with experienced highlevel freelance attorneys and paralegals to provide ondemand support for both shortterm and ongoing legal projects.
Due to increasing demand we are now actively seeking qualified freelance attorneys in the area of Estate Planning law in the state of New York with experience in Estate Planning/Probate Trusts and Medicaid.
Types of work may include research drafting reviewing documents and general assistance with managing files to completion.

Requirements:
Must be licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of New York
Minimum of 5 years in practice
Minimum 5 years of estate planning experience elder law and probate for high networth planning
Strong research and writing skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines and be well organized
Selfstarter and able to work independently
