What you will be doing:

• Manage an occasionally fastpaced front desk
• Greet guests with a professional and positive attitude that exceeds customers expectations
• Maintain front lobby and conference room appearance
• Collect necessary information (e.g. payoff letters tax info EMD confirmation etc.) required to prepare closing documents
• Proactively perform various other duties to support closing coordinators
