Job Description

Our client an established equity placement agency in Pretoria South Africa is looking for a talented Senior Broker to join their successful team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your skills to a growing company with a proven track record of delivering to their client companies.

We are on the hunt for Pretoria based talent with strong experience working in a brokerage focusing on insurance and investments.

The client base you will be working with are all based in the UK expect UK working hours.

Responsibilities

Engage with sophisticated and highnetworth investors to present and close deals on marketbeating investment products
Build rapport and provide excellent service to a portfolio of leads & clients
Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets
Collaborate with leadership on inbound marketing strategies

Requirements

5 years of recent experience successfully closing deals in financial services (venture capital private equity BPO)
Solid understanding of capital markets
A track record of developing strong client relationships
Motivation to succeed in a dynamic performancedriven environment

Benefits

Salary: Market related basic uncapped commission
