Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Consultant with Project Management skills to serve as the primary liaison between our company and our clients. This role is crucial in our consulting process helping other businesses improve their administrative and business processes through advanced technological solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact between the company and clients.
  
• Conduct detailed analyses of clients administrative and business processes.
  
• Propose improvements through the use of IT solutions including CRMs ERPs and other software developments.
  
• Manage projects from the initial consulting phase to the implementation of solutions.
  
• Coordinate with internal development teams to ensure timely and highquality delivery of proposed solutions.
  
• Prepare and present progress reports to clients ensuring their satisfaction and the fulfillment of their expectations.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in similar roles preferably in business consulting or project management.
  
• Strong knowledge of administrative processes business and IT solutions.
  
• Ability to work proactively and maintain effective communication with clients.
  
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  
• Experience with CRMs ERPs and software development.
