Job Description

Position: L3 Support (MSP)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L3 Support professional to join our team at Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. As an L3 Support you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients troubleshooting complex issues and managing escalations from L1 and L2 support teams. This is a fulltime permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide advanced technical support to clients resolving complex issues related to hardware software and network systems

Monitor and manage escalations from L1 and L2 support teams ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues

Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems using a variety of tools and techniques

Collaborate with other teams and departments to identify and implement solutions for recurring issues

Maintain accurate records of support requests resolutions and customer interactions

Communicate technical information and solutions to nontechnical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Stay uptodate with industry trends technologies and best practices to continuously improve the support services offered by the company

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in L3 support preferably in a managed service provider (MSP) environment

Strong knowledge of networking operating systems and hardware troubleshooting

Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and HyperV

Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNP MCSE) are a plus

Working Conditions:

This is a fulltime position with standard working hours from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. However occasional afterhours work may be required for network maintenance and support. The position is based in our office in Seattle We offer a workfromhome setup.
