Job Description

Job Title: Conversion & Retention Agents
Location: Mauritius
Languages Required: Swedish French or Dutch
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic Conversion & Retention Agents to join our team in beautiful Mauritius! In this role you will be responsible for converting leads into loyal customers and retaining our existing client base.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential and existing customers via phone email and chat. Convert leads into satisfied customers through effective communication.
Retain clients by addressing their needs and concerns proactively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance conversion and retention strategies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
Fluent in Swedish French or Dutch (written and spoken).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
