• Engage with international travelers and accommodation suppliers understanding and addressing their needs with the highest level of service.
• Handle inquiries related to services payments and technical requirements via email and phone.
• Ensure smooth communication by providing accurate information and following set processes.
• Be the goto problem solver navigating tricky situations with a positive and motivated mindset.

What Were Looking For:

• Languages: Slovenian (C2) and advanced English.
• Skills: Strong communication interpersonal abilities and PC proficiency (Office 365 CRM Database).
• Mindset: Solutiondriven goaloriented and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Experience: Prior customer service or contact center experience is valued.
• Location Flexibility: Ability to work onsite and remotely (within 100km of the office).
