Role Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Content Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in psychiatry psychology and general medical knowledge. The primary responsibility will be to develop accurate engaging and userfriendly content for our chatbot ensuring it meets the highest standards of medical accuracy and readability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create edit and review highquality medical content related to psychiatry psychology and general medicine for our chatbot.
- Collaborate with medical professionals and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevancy.
- Develop conversational scripts and responses for the chatbot that are empathetic informative and userfriendly.
- Stay updated with the latest research trends and advancements in psychiatry psychology and general medical fields.
- Ensure all content complies with relevant regulatory and ethical standards.
- Participate in regular content reviews and updates to maintain accuracy and relevancy over time.
- Work closely with the tech team to ensure seamless integration of content into the chatbot platform.
- Provide input on user experience and suggest improvements based on user feedback and interaction data.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or masters degree in Psychiatry Psychology Medicine or a related field. MBBS students are preferred.
- Proven experience as a medical writer preferably with a focus on psychiatry and psychology.
- Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of medical psychological and psychiatric terminology and concepts.
- Ability to communicate complex medical and psychological information in a clear concise and engaging manner.
- Familiarity with content management systems and chatbot platforms is a plus.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Understanding of ethical guidelines and confidentiality related to medical content.
