Job Title: Business Development Account Manager LATAM
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zones)
Salary Range:
up to 3500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday Friday / 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales excellent communication skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively. This role involves working closely with the Head of US Sales and the Sales Development team to identify and sell into new accounts manage the sales cycle and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Generation: Identify and generate new sales opportunities that lead to closed revenue and quota attainment.
  • ValueBased Selling: Focus on selling the value and return on investment of our services rather than just features and functions.
  • Client Engagement: Uncover client pain points and business impacts that align with our solutions.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from selfsourcing new opportunities to closing deals including leads created by the Sales Development team.
  • Relationship Building: Follow up with customers to generate referrals and build longlasting business relationships.
  • Industry Research: Conduct continual industry research to identify new potential clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop indepth knowledge of Paperchases services to effectively present them to prospective clients.
  • Forecasting: Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast.
