We are currently seeking a talented and driven Penetration Tester to join our dynamic team. Your work will focus on ensuring that our systems meet the highest security standards balancing the dual needs of robust cybersecurity and seamless embedded development.
Tasks
- Analyze and create comprehensive security requirements and specifications for highperformance embedded systems
- Develop and refine concepts to rigorously test the security architecture of our systems
- Implement and execute established test methods including penetration testing to demonstrate compliance with security goals
- Participate in code and design reviews to ensure the correct implementation of security features
- Proactively challenge systems to uncover potential vulnerabilities and suggest mitigation
- Work within an interdisciplinary international and agile team to deliver secure highquality embedded systems
Requirements
- Completed studies in a technically relevant field such as Electrical Engineering Computer Science Mechanical Engineering Physics Mathematics or a comparable discipline
- Extensive experience and deep knowledge of cybersecurity in embedded systems
- Good understanding of POSIX system architecture and familiarity with microkernelbased operating systems (e.g. QNX)
- Familiarity with network analysis tools such as Wireshark and proficiency in scripting languages to automate security tests
- Familiarity with risk analysis methodologies and practical experience with the usage of established risk analysis methodologies
- Solid understanding of automotive communication protocols (e.g. bus systems diagnostics)
