Our international client is seeking a dedicated SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Lead to spearhead the establishment of their new SAP hub servicing the EMEA region. As part of their global SAP Centre of Excellence you will play a crucial and influential role in managing and growing the team and ensuring the successful implementation and support of SAP solutions.

Tasks

• Lead the SAP PM module within the new EMEA hub.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver seamless SAP solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team of SAP professionals fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
• Drive the implementation of S/4HANA ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and solution ownership.
• Proven management experience
• Ability to work independently and lead a team in a multinational setting.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Flexibility to travel internationally when needed
