Tasks

• Lead the team: Oversee and mentor a team of 23 Sales Associates fostering a positive work environment and be a role models for others
• Manage daily operations: Handle daytoday operations including creating weekly schedules managing inventory and overseeing sales performance
• Drive sales initiatives: Strategize and recommend ideas/changes in order to hit sales goals increase traffic manage costs and improve relationships with community members
• Provide customer service: Provide exceptional hospitality for our customers ensuring their cookierelated needs are met with a welcoming and friendly approach
• Maintain store standards: Uphold store cleanliness and organization creating a welcoming environment for guests
• Process transactions: Receive customer orders process payments reheat and package cookies
• Occasional: Host community events

Requirements

• Leadership: You have experience in leadership enjoy teamwork and to motivate people
• Organizational and problemsolving skills: You have strong organizational skills and creativity for how to improve the business/operations
• Kindness and optimism: You like to engage with people care about how you make them feel welcome them with a smile and enjoy creating a great customer experience for them
• Work ethic: You take initiative go beyond what is asked of you and fix things that arent right or improve things that could be better
• Flexibility: Open availability and flexibility to work on weekends schedule dependent
• Preferred: ability to drive to pick up cookies when necessary
