Job Description
- Responsible for the Design Implement and support advanced Messaging solutions to replace existing Raven and Twilio.
- Utilize knowledge and understanding of Cisco Wexbex Connect and the associated Ecosystem.
- Lead technical discussion through project life cycle including design implementation and support across technology platforms.
- Collaborate with members of the team contributing to the teams success overall.
Required Skills:
- 13 years of experience with Cisco Webex Connect
- Enable thirdparty systems to trigger outbound customer interactions in Webex Connect via APIs or files based on contextual customer and business actions and events
- experience using APIs and SDKs to build applications that improve endtoend customer journeys and operational efficiency
