- Responsible for coordinate with various port authorities and government agencies.
- Liaising with local authorities as point of contact for Navy vessels.
- Coordinating port services such as Pilotage, tug assistance, mooring, provisioning, fueling, and waste disposal.
- Providing local knowledge familiarity with port facilities, procedures, regulations, service providers.
