Recruitment Supervisor

We are seeking a Recruitment Supervisor with a strong background in IT recruitment to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process collaborating with hiring managers and building a robust talent pipeline within the IT industry.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.

Candidate Sourcing: Use various sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates for IT roles.

Candidate Screening: Oversee the screening process including resume review and initial phone interviews.

Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews liaise with hiring managers and provide candidates with necessary information.

Employer Branding: Build and maintain a strong employer brand within the IT industry.

Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance the recruitment process.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to all employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications (Education & Work Experience):

Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Computer Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.

Experience: Minimum of 7 years in IT recruitment with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in IT recruitment and team management.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the IT industry and talent market.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Relationship Building: Ability to forge strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

Branding Expertise: Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment.

Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
