Applicants who already have leadership experience will be considered for an Associate or Team Leader title. Salaries depend on experience but will range from $120-160 total package.



About the role:

They are looking for someone who can dive into the management of medium sized projects across various industries. You will oversee design, certify projects and manage a team of four across two offices. Client management, establishing new relationships and business development are also required. Your talents will include:

• Degree qualified
  
  
• PE/NER required, CPEng desirable
  
  
• Minimum 10 years consultancy experience within Victoria
  
  
• Portfolio of steel, concrete&timber framed buildings
  
  
• Project and people management skills
  
  
• Commercially astute and strong negotiation skills
  
  
• Experience in writing bids & tenders
  
  
• Willingness to contribute to team culture
  
  
• Approachable, supportive and ambitious
