The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients identifying and qualifying sales leads and contributing to the company's sales goals and objectives. This role requires a strong selfstarter who is driven and passionate about their own growth and success. The position is fully remote with the majority of the team located outside of the country.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management:
  • Maintain and improve brand perception in both private and professional capacities.
  • Interact with the company's social media presence including reshares and post likes.
  • Enhance colleagues' reputation in the industry.
  • Report any helpful or harmful knowledge relating to the company directly to management.
  • Dress appropriately for impromptu client meetings.
  • Take ownership and accountability for assigned tasks roles and responsibilities.
  • Support and assist the team with workflow productivity and deadlines.
  • Upskill colleagues suppliers and partners where applicable and possible.

General Duties:
  • Provide meaningful feedback to your line manager.
  • Understand suppliers and their offerings and negotiate rates.
  • Assist colleagues in achieving client success at every touchpoint.
  • Continuously upskill yourself to become the best in your field.

Sales Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads.
  • Create and deliver effective sales presentations.
  • Negotiate and close sales with the broader team.
  • Follow up with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and developments.
  • Actively contribute to the company's sales goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other team members and team leads to share best practices and strategies.
  • Continuously learn and develop your sales skills and knowledge.
  • Research and analyze customer needs and market trends.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
  • Manage and track sales opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance.
  • Provide feedback and support to other sales team members.
  • Attend industry events and workshops.

Skills and Qualities:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative and innovative thinker.
  • Passion for sales and the events industry.
  • Knowledge of current event trends and technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Additional Information:
  • This role is fully remote requiring a strong selfstarter.
  • The SDR role is entitled to commission based on a percentage of the profit from each sale calculated quarterly.

Remuneration:
  • Basic Salary: 37000 EUR
  • Commission/Incentive:
    • 0 10000 EUR profit: 20%
    • EUR profit: 22%
    • EUR profit: 24%
    • 30000 EUR > profit: 25%
Example:
  • 25000 EUR profit in Q4 would equate to 6000 EUR in commission payable to the SDR in that quarter.
