Python Developer

We are seeking an experienced Python Software Engineer to join our team. Our client a leading USbased company specializing in government and tax projects collaborates with major global brands. As part of their innovative team you will have the opportunity to work on cuttingedge business intelligence and logistics applications. With delivery centers across Hungary India the US and the UK this role offers a unique chance to collaborate with global teams in a dynamic fully remote environment. Optional office spaces are available in Budapest Hungary and Miercurea Ciuc Romania for those who prefer a hybrid working model.

Tasks

• Develop maintain and optimize scalable Python applications using Django.
• Design and manage databases with MongoDB and PostgreSQL ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Leverage AWS services (e.g. ECS Docker Lambda Step Functions Transfer Gateway S3) to build and deploy cloudbased solutions.
• Automate web applications and RESTful APIs to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams across different regions to deliver highquality software solutions.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins SemaphoreCI and AWS CodePipeline to ensure smooth and automated deployments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to a continuous improvement culture within the team.

Requirements

• Experience: 5 years of professional experience in Python development with a strong background in fullstack development.
• Frameworks: Proficiency in Django for building robust and scalable web applications.
• Databases: Handson experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Cloud Services: Familiarity with AWS services including ECS Docker Lambda Step Functions Transfer Gateway and S3.
• Automation: Proven ability to automate web applications and develop RESTful APIs.
• CI/CD: Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g. Jenkins SemaphoreCI AWS CodePipeline) and setting up CI/CD pipelines.
• Location: Must be based in Hungary or Romania. EU citizens residing in these countries are eligible to apply.
