Job Description
- Ensure that all Service Providers are complying in a meaningful fashion with all the sections, clauses and requirements of their contracts.
- Plan and organize annual community events as directed to foster and recognize cultural events for the residents.
- Conduct audits and inspections in support of the Residential Facilities Manager.
- Attend management meetings when requested or required.
- Pro-active in the development and training of any direct reports.
- Nurture good working relationships with the Service Operator
