Job Description
AVrated civil litigation firm has an opening in its Tampa office for an experienced liability defense associate with 7 to 10 years of experience in personal injury and property damage claims.
The ideal candidate should have experience in:
- Construction defect claims (preferred)
- Defending and taking depositions of liability and damages experts parties and fact witnesses
- Attending Court hearings mediations and trial preparation
- The position will further require drafting pleadings motions discovery and compliance with guideline reporting and contemporaneous billing.
Requirements:
- Active FL Bar in good standing
- 5 years Litigation Experience (trucking cranes construction defect products liability medical malpractice or premises liability preferred)
- Defense side is highly preferred

Requirements
All candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Barr The ideal candidate will possess the following skillsets and experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in personal injury and property damage claims Experience with construction defect claims preferred Defending and taking depositions of liability and damages experts, parties and fact witnesses Experience attending Court hearings, mediations and trial preparation
