Job Description

  • To design, develop and implement key strategic initiatives that largely support business development, sales, marketing and revenue generating activities.
  • To identify and participate in the evaluation of strategic opportunities pertinent to the objectives of the overall activity of ITS portfolio.
  • Establishes business development strategies and prepares plans to implement the strategy.
  • To maintain relationships with existing customers in order to assess customer satisfaction, identify potential and actual problem areas, and resolve difficulties. Maintains contact with appropriate Company personnel, other contractors and customers, and, where appropriate, enters into bid teaming arrangements with other companies in order to pursue business opportunities
  • To ensure that all sales personnel across all regions understand the strategy with regard to respective industry and that they communicate with the customers in a common language.
  • Responsible to generate new and expand existing business with respect to assigned industry by prioritizing business opportunities and identifying new opportunities.
  • To assist sales personnel troubleshoot problems, if any, with customers and also to strategies in order to maintain / increase customer’s satisfaction with the company.
  • Recommend new products and services for consideration by identifying consumer trends and interpreting it.
  • To deliver presentations at important meetings, trade allies and design professionals.
  • To assist / follow up on all areas and stages of project development, including writing proposals and assessing the risk of new and existing projects.
  • To manage and update the respective industry's business development portfolio.

To ensure the company remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of relevant Company products in more than one industry
  • Knowledge of the relevant local IT market.
  • Proven success in your sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process
  • A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities
  • High degree of business and personal integrity.
