Job Description
- Analyzing & Controlling cost:
-Collecting and analyzing data about company’s operational costs and non-operational cost including corporate, regional and resource cost.
- Fix cost Modules & re-assess cost standards:
-Fix cost modules to re-assess man day rates in order to improve cost budgeting process.
-Find best practice to cross charge corporate, regional and resource cost on monthly basis to different regions.
- Recommendations
-Advising executives and upper management on appropriate costing based on the current financial data.
-Highlight the most profitable business activities to track the profitability trends.
-Communicate cost analysis to sales & Finance teams.
-Recommending changes to the company’s processes and policies to reduce cost and maximize profit.
