Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement longterm business strategies. Align departmental goals with the overall business strategy.
• Talent Management: Attract recruit and retain top talent. Develop leadership and succession plans.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate business risks. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Innovation and Technology: Drive innovation and oversee IT strategy and infrastructure.
