Bonus Description: $15000 in three equal payments

Qualifications:

• ARRT (MRI) certification required.
• A minimum of 35 years of experience in MRI technology with at least 12 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with modern MRI equipment.
• Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced healthcare environment.
• Commitment to patient care and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the MRI department ensuring toptier service and quality patient care.
• Oversee MRI technologists providing guidance training and performance evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to optimize patient care and imaging procedures.
• Manage workflow and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MRI equipment.
• Maintain a focus on continuous improvement of processes and patient satisfaction.
