Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients to understand their travel needs preferences and budget.
Customize marketing materials to attract clients across various platforms including social media and flyers.
Provide expert advice on travel destinations considering factors such as weather culture activities and visa requirements.
Coordinate travel appointments manage fees and collect necessary documentation from clients.
Maintain professional relationships with travel suppliers clients and trip operators.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Familiarity with social media platforms Zoom and Google Suite.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Problemsolving abilities and effective communication with colleagues.
Ability to adapt quickly to various computer software programs.
Previous experience as a travel agent and customer service background preferred.
Education and Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous experience as a travel agent is advantageous.
Access to a laptop/smartphone and internet connection is required.
