Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM/SF/ECP Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) SuccessFactors (SF) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes payroll systems and the ability to implement and optimize SAP HCM/SF/ECP solutions to meet our clients needs.

Tasks

  • Lead and manage the implementation and configuration of SAP HCM/SF/ECP modules including Core HR Payroll Talent Management Time Management and more.
  • Analyze business requirements and provide solutions that align with the clients HR and payroll processes.
  • Conduct workshops gather and document functional and technical requirements and design and implement SAP HCM/SF/ECP systems.
  • Perform system testing integration testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets business needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HCM/SF/ECP modules including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and thirdparty applications.
  • Deliver enduser training and develop comprehensive documentation to support system users.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest SAP updates and best practices to continuously improve the systems performance and capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an SAP HCM/SF/ECP Consultant.
  • Proven experience with SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA) Organizational Management (OM) Payroll Time Management and more.
  • Extensive knowledge and handson experience with SAP SuccessFactors (SF) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes payroll systems and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
  • SAP HCM SuccessFactors or ECP certification is a plus.
