Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential donors to solicit contributions for various philanthropic campaigns.
• Utilize CRM software to maintain and update donor information and track interactions.
• Employ persuasive communication techniques to engage donors and inspire generosity.
• Listen actively to donor responses and address any questions or concerns they may have.
• Follow up with interested donors to encourage pledges and donations.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and donations for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Work collaboratively with the fundraising team to develop and refine effective sales strategies.
• Ensure adherence to telephone etiquette and compliance with charitable solicitation regulations.
• Manage time efficiently to meet daily and weekly fundraising goals.
• Utilize emotional intelligence to build rapport with donors and foster longterm relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing sales or a related field.
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and basic data entry skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
