Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Oversee the entire site operations.
  
• Team Management: Lead the production and maintenance teams.
  
• Administrative Management: Handle administrative tasks including payroll accounting customs and shipment documentation.
  
• Production Planning: Coordinate production schedules with teams in Grasse.
  
• Supply Chain Management: Supervise procurement and shipment processes.
  
• Quality Control: Conduct manufacturing dosing and olfactory control of extracts.
  
• Process Development: Develop optimize and implement new processes/products in collaboration with teams in Grasse.
  
• Quality and CSR Standards: Implement required quality and CSR standards.
  

Ideal Profile:

• Education: Degree in Chemical Engineering.
  
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  
• Skills: Knowledge of distillation and extraction techniques proficiency in Windows environment fluent in written and spoken Spanish and B2 level English.
  
• Personal Qualities: Organized conscientious rigorous curious and creative.
