Job Overview:
Corporate Hiring Solutions Inc. is seeking highly responsible and professional Security Guards to join our team in Pomona NY 10970. The successful candidates will ensure the safety and security of our clients premises assets and personnel. This role requires detailoriented individuals capable of handling security challenges and committed to maintaining a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to the facility by authorized personnel and visitors.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises including interior and exterior inspections.
- Respond promptly to alarms emergencies and incidents ensuring appropriate action is taken.
- Document and report security incidents hazards and suspicious activities.
- Operate surveillance equipment including CCTV systems to monitor premises.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients visitors and employees.
- Enforce company policies safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure environment.
- Assist in emergency response and evacuation procedures when necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid security guard license for New York State.
- Proven experience in security or a related field is preferred.
- Strong observational and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in stressful situations.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and patrol the premises.
- CPR/AED certification is an asset.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
