Job Description
We are seeking a Housekeeping Associate to join our team and ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service. As a Housekeeping Associate you will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to meet our quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean organized and free of defects.
Use supplies and equipment efficiently to minimize costs.
Handle guest requests with professionalism creating memorable experiences.
Participate in deep cleaning and maintenance schedules.
Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in pantries and trolleys.
Report any damages lost items or maintenance needs.
Contribute to inventory management and cost control.
Requirements
Passion for guest service and attention to detail.
Knowledge of cleaning standards and procedures.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Understanding of safety and security measures in hospitality.
Adherence to personal hygiene and grooming standards.
