Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute FT Lifecycle/Activity based on the requirement (forward by senior) from the Marketing & CRM team.
- Cross department collaboration with Content Writer Designer Fast Track Team to achieve the targets.
- Analyse and discover insights from ended campaign lifecycles together with Senior.
- Maximise the use of CRM software (Fast Track) to improve customer experience.
Requirements
Must haves:
- Diploma level or above. Proficient in English Chinese (verbal written & read).
- Minimum 1 year B2C working experience (at least 6 months in the same company).
- Fast learner and always looking for selfimprovement.
- Customer centric and resultoriented.
- Good multitasking skills and time management.
Nice to haves:
- Participating in CRM software setup or usage (for customer journey).
