Job Description
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards in international organizations, preferably with regional responsibility
- Experience in the job evaluation methodology, implementing bonus schemes, compensation planning and benefits design, etc.
- Strong analytical skills, a proven track record of using data to make high quality decisions
- Outstanding communication skills to influence senior leadership for anchoring and stimulation of a strategic change and successful implementation of new initiatives
- Flexibility, as the role requires being able to seamlessly switch between strategic, tactical, and operational tasks, maintaining effectiveness in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluent English. Proficiency in additional languages will be considered a plus.
