Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards in international organizations, preferably with regional responsibility
Experience in the job evaluation methodology, implementing bonus schemes, compensation planning and benefits design, etc.
Strong analytical skills, a proven track record of using data to make high quality decisions
Outstanding communication skills to influence senior leadership for anchoring and stimulation of a strategic change and successful implementation of new initiatives
Flexibility, as the role requires being able to seamlessly switch between strategic, tactical, and operational tasks, maintaining effectiveness in a fast-paced setting.
Fluent English. Proficiency in additional languages will be considered a plus.
