Job Description
- Lead and build the design and implementation of the job evaluation and job architecture project in EMEA to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives in the region
- Develop and implement a Sales Commission Scheme for EMEA
- Refine global short-term incentive programs to motivate employees while supporting business goals. Review, administer and upgrade STI schemes on country level.
