Job Description
A Plumberis responsible for fitting appliances, installing and maintainingheating and air conditioning units, and repairing plumbing systemsto deliver an excellent Guest and Memberexperience.
What will I bedoing?
As a Plumber, you are responsible forfitting appliances, installing and maintaining heating and airconditioning units, and repairing plumbing systems to deliver anexcellent Guest and Member experience. A Plumber will also berequired to make emergency repairs and liaise with contactors asneeded. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing thefollowing tasks to the highest standards:
• Fitappliances such as toilets, sinks and baths
•Install and maintain heating systems
• Fitdomestic appliances
• Install and maintainair-conditioning units
• Liaise with contractorsand assist with fitting bathrooms
• Emergencyrepairs required within the hotel
• Daily checksaround the hotel
• Diagnose, maintain, andrepair plumbing systems within the hotel
•Ensure good relationships with internal and externalcustomers
• Ensure hotel fixtures and fittingsare maintained in a safe condition and take action when any unsafesituations arise
• Perform special projects andother responsibilities as assigned
• Ensuremonthly safety inspections take place and employees are trainedaccordingly
