Visual Design Officer Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design visually appealing and onbrand graphics illustrations and multimedia content for various marketing and event materials

Collaborate closely with the marketing copywriting and event planning teams to understand project requirements and align designs with brand guidelines

Create engaging visual assets such as social media graphics event collateral presentations website graphics and digital advertisements

Ensure consistent branding aesthetics and visual storytelling across all marketing and event touchpoints

Stay uptodate with design trends tools and techniques to recommend innovative visual solutions

Optimize designs for different platforms and formats (print web mobile etc.) while maintaining quality and responsiveness

Review and incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine designs

Manage the visual asset library and maintain design files in an organized manner

Provide design mentorship and training to junior team members as needed

Assist with the implementation and deployment of visual assets across various channels

Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts

Adhere to deadlines and work efficiently to deliver highquality designs on time

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field

Minimum 3 years of handson experience in a visual design role preferably in the events or marketing industry

Proficiency in industrystandard design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)

Strong understanding of design principles color theory typography and composition

Ability to conceptualize and translate creative ideas into visually compelling designs

Familiarity with web design UX/UI and digital advertising best practices

Excellent time management and problemsolving skills to juggle multiple projects

Adaptability to work in a dynamic fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
