As the business expands we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of Qatar Airways Cargos Customer Experience Team in Doha as a Digital Delivery Manager.

You will be responsible for the management of important milestones and activities that come with various QR Cargo Digitalization program(s) by working towards a more focused successful and timely delivery of projects. Also responsible to take forward and assume accountability for new and upcoming customer digital initiatives while ongoing implementations are in place. Collaborate with other departments and teams to track manage report on and ensure successful delivery and success of the various digital initiatives in Cargo.

We need you to share your passion skills and fresh ideas this includes:

• Implement various digital initiatives with internal/external partners including customers to achieve process innovation improve customer experience and complement overall digital strategy.

• Develop project plans and lead activities at HO level for the project portfolio to promote enablement within the QR network continually improve processes in scope and ensure business resilience.

• Ensure high business digitalization rate for QR Cargo through automation and by measuring through various reporting tools the conversion of manual processes into electronic and ensuring network and customer compliance thereof.

• Advocate for key system enhancements gathered from customer and network feedback and proposing/leading business process improvements.

• Establish accountability to the project portfolio and securing sponsorship and funding for projects through business case justifications presented to executive leadership.

• Liaise with crossfunctional technical sales and other HO/regional teams and provide appropriate costeffective digital solutions for projects in QR.

• Take ownership to ensure successful end to end delivery of digital projects including handson involvement and overseeing all phases of the project (ideation experience design requirements design development delivery and change management)

• Be a digital champion in the company always finding creative ways to help improve processes using digital technologies understand end users and drive adoption for the digital solution ecosystem in QR

• Interact with stakeholders across the network and external customers on specific project requirements and gain support for programs implemented.

• Review and implement relevant SOPs processes and procedures for programs implemented to establish accountability and improve compliance.

• Develop content and awareness materials for distribution to Qatar Airways Cargo network and external customers in relation to digital initiatives.

About you

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years jobrelated experience.

• Experience in digital transformation Digital Product Management project management tools and platforms

• Experience in Cargo / Logistic Operations Management Digital Transformation in Airline and Supply Chain Online Product Distribution MIS eCommerce and relevant fields.

• Experience in strategic Project Management key customer interactions network stakeholder relationship management revenue and cost analysis business process analysis mapping and documentation system implementation and development and data analysis.

• Experience in leading crossfunctional teams (technical and business) to deliver digital solutions in an agile delivery environment

• Fluency in written and spoken English.

• Strong analytical thinking and advanced problemsolving capabilities

• Strong mentoring and coaching skills.

• Advanced MS Excel PowerPoint Visio JIRA ADO and Tableau

• Good understanding of air cargo operational processes and business systems.

• Previous working experience in Salesforce based solutions is a strong plus
