Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team. This role involves diagnosing and treating a range of conditions with a focus on orthopedic injuries reading xrays suturing and managing eye debris. You will be instrumental in delivering topnotch care and enhancing patient outcomes in a collaborative and modern healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
  • Diagnose and treat orthopedic injuries.
  • Read and interpret xrays.
  • Perform suturing and treat patients with eye debris (loose or embedded).
• Technical Skills:
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the technical skills and critical thinking required for highquality patient care.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  • Maintain licensure and certifications required by the State of Texas.
  • Hold DEA and/or DOT certification.

Requirements:

• Certifications:

  • DEA and/or DOT Certified.

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in diagnosing orthopedic injuries.
  • Proficiency in reading xrays.
  • Proficiency in suturing.
  • Experience in treating eye debris (loose or embedded).

• Licensure:

  • Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner by the State of Texas.

• Competency:

  • Ability to perform technical skills and critical thinking as outlined in performance standards.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $140000 $150000 per year.
• Annual Bonus: 10.5% of base salary paid monthly based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 AM – 6 PM (no weekends or oncall).
