CLIENT SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR – LONGESTABLISHED GOLD COAST FIRM

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an opportunity for experienced Client Services Administrator who wants to become part of a longestablished firm that is still experiencing growth. Assist team of 3 accountants and use modern knowledge combine experience and innovative services and serve clients will so that they can focus growth.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and organise client appointment schedules daily
  • Support the team by handling incoming phone calls and client inquiries via phone text and email
  • Coordinate with ATO ASIC and other government agencies as needed
  • Help manage and process incoming mail for the team
  • Assist with corporate compliance tasks related to ASIC
  • Update and maintain records in XPM/database systems
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for clients
  • Prepare YearEnd Packages including Financial Statements and Tax Returns for completed compliance work


EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Be an exceptional team player with a positive proactive attitude
  • Engage actively in all client service and administrative tasks
  • 2 years’ experience in an accounting practice
  • Hold relevant qualifications for the role
