We are Engel & Vlkers the worlds leading service company specialized in the brokerage of premium residential property commercial real estate yachts and aircraft. This means you have the opportunity to take the user experience of the brand to the next level!

To support our Product Team at the Hamburg headquarters we are looking for you as a Senior Product Designer (f/m/d) as parental leave replacement fulltime (40 hours) with immediate effect. Act as a customer advocate throughout the entire product development and improvement process while also being a valuable sparring partner for our product managers and developers.

Tasks that let you grow

• Empower the crossfunctional product team to deliver a bestinclass user experience while also enabling users to achieve their goals by solving complex interaction problems and creating a bestin class usercentric experience.
• Drive user research along the Engel & Vlkers customer journeys to discover pain points and needs.
• Will to use iteration and constant optimization to achieve higher quality on each step.
• Be the goto person for our product teams when it comes to UX & UI.
• Participate prepare and followup user research in collaboration with the user research and business strategy team.
• You leverage qualitative and quantitative research methodologies translating insights into product design concepts.
• Proactively communicate with the leadership team and other stakeholders to keep strong connections to your peers.
• Maintain Consistency and quality standards across products

Your profile that inspires us

• 3 years of experience in digital product design
• Remarkable research skills and a super handson noego attitude
• Attention to detail and willingness to go untrodden paths
• Ability to design autonomously in an agile work environment
• Experience in working in hybrid organizational settings across different time zones
• Expert in Figma experienced in working with design systems and proficient in the use of usability testing and user research tools
• Experience in fastpaced corporate environments is a plus
• Very good English skills
