Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager to join our team at the entry level. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing excellent communication skills and the ability to think outside the box.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and increase brand awareness

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential opportunities for growth

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing campaigns and materials

Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to attract and retain customers

Plan and coordinate events such as trade shows and community outreach programs

Monitor and track marketing initiatives to measure their effectiveness and make necessary adjustments

Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to promote our services

Stay uptodate with industry developments and incorporate them into our marketing strategies

Assist with the development of marketing budgets and track expenses

Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field

12 years of experience in marketing or a related field (entry level candidates with relevant internships or coursework will also be considered)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
