Job Title: PhoneBased Sales Agent (Czech/Slovak Language Skills)

Location: Paphos Cyprus

Job Type: FullTime (Monday to Friday 10:00 AM 6:00 PM)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and salesdriven PhoneBased Sales Agent with fluent Czech or Slovak language skills to join our team in Paphos Cyprus. In this role you will connect with our existing clients in the Czech Republic and Slovakia fostering relationships and encouraging them to further utilize our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing clients in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
• Persuade and assist clients in maximizing their usage of our products.
• Maintain and update client information in our database.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Czech or Slovak (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in sales or phonebased roles is a huge plus.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Highly motivated by achieving sales targets and rewards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
