Job Description
- The contract engineer will draft/amend, review, and contribute to the negotiation of contracts with suppliers, contractors, and service providers according to NEOM policies and strategies and to legal and regulatory requirements, from inception to signature and effectiveness. In so doing, he will liaise and manage the relationship with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to project managers, procurement, contractual counterparts, authorizing levels within NEOM (according to DoA) and legal teams to ensure contract terms align with project goals and to provide support in understanding and managing contracts T&Cs.
- The contract engineer will monitor contract performance and compliance, promptly flagging and contributing to the resolution and processing of non-compliances, variations, change orders and amendments as well as of any issues or disputes that might arise.
