Please find the below requirement

  • Jr SAP HCM Techno functional Consultant (2 roles)

  • Sr SAP HCM Techno Functional Consultant (2 roles)

SAP S4 HCM

SAP S4 HCM Implementation

Enjoy Flexibility: (Monday Wednesday) Onsite in Texas 1 Week Remote for the First 6 Months Then Fully Remote

Duration: 12 Months

Only GC & USC

Strong knowledge of SAP HCM HR modules including OM/PA eCareer EHS etc.

  • HR Development experience

  • RICEFW InfoType Logical Databases OM/PA etc.

  • ABAP

  • HR Process and Forms

  • SAP Fiori

Knowledge of: SAP

  • PO

  • S/4 HANA

  • HR Security

  • Fiori Architect

  • Design Architecture Experience Launchpad Design design controlbased solutions

Midlevel Resource Responsibilities

  • Implement a new performance evaluation form for the management employees and other current performance review forms

  • Solution architect/technical lead to assist in all aspects of this implementation

  • Project preparation requirements gathering solution design/blueprint handson functional configuration

  • Assist with HCM software selection implementation Testing and configuration.

  • Assist with HR analytics and datadriven decisionmaking.

  • Simplify and automate the performance management process

  • Develop custom reports (if needed)

  • Test script development testing and documentation

  • Training of functional staff

  • Work in conjunction with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) staff (development security basis resources) and Human Resources staff on a project team

  • Analyze asis processes advise the city on best practices create new route map(s) and form template(s) complete a configuration workbook set up Rolebased permissions and train business administrators based on new requirements.

  • Work with the Citys ERP staff to provide maintenance and troubleshooting

  • Assist with preparing training materials including teaching clients how to utilize the system.

  • And have work experience and knowledge of innovative solutions for core HR and payroll time and attendance talent management and employee experience management.

  • Must have a solid financial background.

Note

  • MethodologyASAP or Activate or equivalent SAP implementation methodology

  • Government experience is a huge plus

  • Ability to work well with peers build productive working relationships and present project status outcomes and benefits to all levels of the enterprise

  • Ability to work with a variety of key stakeholders (staff subject matter experts management and consultants) to ensure timely and accurate communications across groups.
