This person will be building spreadsheets and capturing and filling in data. They will be proofreading and editing technical documents. They will be doing repair manual updates for Toyota. They will be creating daily technical reports and maintaining a reporting spreadsheet. They will be doing investigative work on vehicles. They will be collaborating on multiple projects daily. They will be performing tasks that have hard deadlines.

2 years required. Must have prior technical shop/dealership experience (Preferably from Toyota or Honda (Acura). They will consider experience from other OEMs. Must be able to read electrical schematics. ASE Certs are preferred. Must have great communication skills. Must have excellent time management skills. Proficient with MS Office and able to communicate in all forms email in person.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This positions combines research analytical and customer service skills to support dealers field associates and product engineers with automotive parts queries. This team is responsible for Service Information Correction Requests (SICR) and Service Lane Portal (SLP). SICRs pertain to field requests for clarification or correction of service material. Our team reviews the request and if validated will be forwarded to TMC for correction. SLP pertains to Warranty and Maintenance Guides Factory Scheduled Service and other documents which require preparation in time for customer service readiness targets. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• High level of proficiency in developing wiring diagnostic and technical writing projects in multiple authoring environments based on the level of equity assigned
• Participates in meetings with clients and coworkers
• Develops technical information using client supplied resources such subject matter experts product teardowns and engineering schematics
• Advises Operations and Sales Support Manager of project status and potential issues
• Completes various additional assignments as directed by Bosch and or customer
• Work directly with customer contacts to guide them through problem resolution
• Misc. tasks and associated responsibilities as requested
