Job Description
- Investigate and coordinates the resolution of potential and actual SAS application /service problems.
- Ensure that operational documentation for system is fit for purpose and current.
- Advise on the correct and effective use of system.
- Review application/system software updates and identifies those that merit action.
- Use application /system management software and tools to collect logs and analyze it.
- Carries out agreed application operational procedures, including application configuration, installation, and maintenance.
